Get ready for thrilling times as Jeddah Calendar events are unveiled. This year’s calendar is packed with exciting activities, event and festivals, from fun themed zones, nostalgic events, sporting and not-to-be-missed live performances (hello, Backstreet Boys). There’s not a dull moment.
Like Jeddah Season 2022, the Jeddah Calendar aims to showcase the city’s rich culture and landmarks to visitors from all over the world. With exclusive and record-breaking events, this is the perfect opportunity to experience the essence of Jeddah. Kicking off this year under the tagline ‘Together all Year’, the Jeddah Calendar events of 2023 are just getting started. Here’s what you need to check out now.
WWE Night of Champions
Gear up for an epic night of entertainment as WWE returns to Jeddah with the Night of Champions event on Saturday May 27. The Jeddah Superdome will host the highly anticipated event. This is one for for all wrestling fans. Tickets are available now, and they start at SAR50 for bronze.

Cirque du Soleil Vizion show
The world-renowned Cirque du Soleil troupe returns to Jeddah for the second time with its latest production, Vizion. This mesmerising show is part of the Jeddah Calendar events, and it’s running until May 26 at King Abdullah Sports City. It is a celebration of childhood wonder and imagination, featuring captivating storytelling, colourful characters and dizzying acrobatics. For older audience members, the show is meant to instill nostalgia for the days when every day felt like an adventure while younger ones will likely be captivated by the spectacle.
Horror Village
A night of thrill and horror awaits those who dare to visit the Horror Village. Visitors are transported to a haunted world filled with frights and fun at every corner. The village features a Night of the Living Dead-themed area with three escape rooms where people are locked up to solve a series of horror mysteries and puzzles. It’s not all big scares. There are also horror hospital walks, terrifying mazes and child-friendly activities such as a VR experience and small mazes with friendly ghosts, as well as a haunted parade, zombie flash mob and a restaurant that offers spooky treats.

Trend
A horror-themed restaurant, part of Horror Village, that serves up a curated international menu inspired by the most famous horror movies of all time. Book in between 6.30pm to 9.30pm or 9.30pm to 1am. As you enjoy your meal, you’ll also be treated to a variety of bone-chilling horror shows and performances that will keep you on the edge of your seat. And for the little ones, there’s face painting available so they can join in on the terrifying fun. Will you be able to stomach it? We think so.

Anime Village
Likely a must-visit for anime fans, Anime Village is divided into sections dedicated to popular anime series like Attack on Titan, Captain Tsubasa and Naruto, where visitors can immerse themselves into the universe of their favourite show. The village is beautifully decorated with life-sized figurines of iconic anime characters, perfect for taking photos with. The walk also includes a large maze filled with famous manga plates from popular series such as Hunter x Hunter, My Hero Academy, Demon Slayer, Bleach and Jujutsu Kaisen. After the maze, visitors can enjoy Pac-Man arcades, themed restaurants and stores. Additionally, a small museum presents objects and images from beloved anime series, and to make the experience even more memorable, Japanese singer Senna Rin will be performing at the zone’s stage at 9pm on May 4th!

Roller Disco
Get ready to experience a blast from the past. Strap on your skates and roll around to some nostalgic tunes at City Walk. Visitors can enjoy a 25-minute session of groovy tunes from the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s, while showing off their sick skating skills. This experience is open to those six and above.

Nostalgic Experience
Take a trip down memory lane to the groovy ’70s. The Nostalgic Experience takes you through nine different immersive experiences, each celebrating the colourful and vibrant era. From the funky style to the now delightfully retro aesthetics, this event should leave all ages with some new memories. Each person will have 30 minutes to enjoy the experience, and the fun is open to all who are age 12 and above. The price includes entry to City Walk.

Jump Up
Bring the family and prepare for a fun time at this active zone. Jump Up promises something for everyone, from trampolines to an electronic games arcade, carnival games and a soft play area for little one, this is an ideal destination for groups of all ages. While the kids are bouncing and playing, parents can kick back in the seating area and grab a snack. Don’t forget to get your face painted before you leave.

BBQ Yard
This area is a meat-lover’s paradise you won’t want to miss, with a collection of restaurants offering everything from smoked ribs and brisket sandwiches to chicken wings and burgers. Check out the live grilling stations set against a backdrop of live music.
