The villas will be opened within the first phase of the project, which includes the development of 14 hotels that will provide 3,000 hotel rooms on 5 islands, in addition to two resorts in mountainous and desert areas, entertainment facilities, the Red Sea airport, as well as logistical facilities and services
Shibara, which houses the villas, is characterized by the presence of coral reefs that extend 30 to 40 meters in length near the beach, which makes it the ideal tourist destination in light of the mild climate of the region throughout the year, with an average temperature of 32 degrees Celsius.
It is noteworthy that the destination of the Red Sea includes a variety of flora and fauna, including rare species such as dugongs, wild cats, green turtles, endangered hawksbill sea turtles, sweet fish, zebra sharks and whale sharks
Some 1.6 thousand archaeological sites have been identified in the area, including the remains of Nabataean and other pre-Islamic ruins and a shipwreck from the early 18th century
