Starting the implementation of the Al-Othaim Park project , one of the largest projects of the Al-Othaim Investment Company in Dammam, on an area of 227,000 square meters and at a cost of 1.5 billion riyals The project will contain:
- a commercial complex
- a hotel and residential towers,
- cinemas,
- open public squares and playgrounds
