GETTING TO THE VENUE:

From AlUla using the transportation option:

Meeting Point The coach bus and private cars will meet at Winter Park Visitor Parking. Please arrive promptly at the meeting point, at least 15 minutes prior to departure time. Late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.

Weekdays (Sunday to Wednesday)

• Bus Depart from Winter Park for the first tour at 8:00 am please arrive at 7:45 am.
• Bus Depart from Winter Park for the 2nd tour at 9:00 am, please arrive at 8:45 am.

Weekends (Thursday – Saturday)

• Bus Depart from Winter Park for the first tour at 8:00 am please arrive at 7:45 am.
• Bus Depart from Winter Park for the 2nd tour at 9:00 am, please arrive at 8:45 am.
• Bus Depart from Winter Park for the 3rd tour at 11:00 am, please arrive at 10:45 am

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

• Three or more days before the booked date – changes and refunds are allowed.
• Note that any bank credit card charges cannot be refunded.
• Between 1-3 days, only changes can be made to another date or time and are subject to availability.
• On the day – no refunds or changes are allowed.
