The first Riyadh Air flight will take off on Monday June 12 at 1pm, and you will be able to see the plane in the sky from 12.30pm to 1.30pm.

The debut flight will see the new Riyadh Air plane cruise across the capital at low altitude along a path covering some of Riyadh’s most iconic parts, including KAFD, Kingdom Tower and Al Faisaliah Tower. The flight will show off the new livery design.

The exciting news comes after the national carrier revealed its striking plane designs and unique airline code: RX.

The indigo planes draw inspiration from the lavender fields of the Kingdom as well as the incredible colour of the sky at night.
