Thrill seekers need to look no further than the AlUla Stairway, a magical mountain adventure set in the sky. The first of its kind in the region, the AlUla Stairway takes you up a 45-metre suspended ladder stairway with an exhilarating zipline back down to the valley floor.
AlUla Giant Swing includes a 100-metre ferrata climb, which is followed by a drop into the canyons. Visitors can then bounce between the canyons on the swing.
AlUla is home to thousands of years’ worth of history, which visitors can experience with an air of exclusivity. The UNESCO World Heritage sites, ruins and rock art are just some of the gems. AlUla is also famous for welcoming big-name acts. In the last year, Maraya concert hall has hosted Alicia Keys, Andrea Bocelli, John Legend, OneRepublic, Usher and Westlife.
AlUla Stairway and Giant Swing is open to visitors aged 12 years or older, who are at least 110 centimetres tall and weigh between 20kg and 100kg. Visitors must wear comfortable clothing, including walking shoes or boots.
AlUla Stairway sessions last one hour and are available on Tuesdays to Sundays at 11am, noon and 1pm. Giant Swing sessions are available on Wednesdays from 1pm, 2pm, 4pm and 5pm, Fridays from 10am and noon, and Saturdays from noon and 1pm.
AlUla Stairway tickets start from SAR 150, and AlUla Giant Swing tickets start from SAR 250.
