The Jubail Island project is a walkable, small coastal settlement of low-rise and low-impact residences
LEAD Development has unveiled its marina community – Marsa Al Jubail – a luxury residential development which will be located in Marfaa Al Jubail village.
The community, set amidst mangrove forests, will feature a 65-berth marina surrounded by a promenade leading to a sunset observation point at the western end. The unveiling of Marsa Al Jubail includes a modern two-level Yacht Club that will offer upscale dining with alfresco seating, a member’s lounge, a gym, and picturesque views of the marina and Abu Dhabi skyline.
Additionally, the community will feature several dining options, outdoor walkways, and a marina promenade for its residents. Marsa Al Jubail will offer 36 luxury villas with 3 to 4 bedrooms, each designed with an open-plan, contemporary and low-impact configuration that offers charming sea and sunset views, as well as marina and waterfront channel views.
Set within a natural context of mangrove forests and waterways, the design of Marsa Al Jubail has been carefully planned as a walkable small coastal settlement of low-rise and low-impact residences.
The interior design of the Marsa Al Jubail villas is both light and neutral in tone, creating a space that fits within the landscaped community. Characterised by modern architecture, the sizeable structure of the homes allows for plenty of natural light and modern finishes to create an inviting, open feel.
Upscale living at Jubail Island
Mahmoud Dandashly, chief business officer of LEAD Development, said “We are thrilled to be unveiling our newest waterfront development – Marsa Al Jubail. The new waterfront community will offer residents a boutique, private and tranquil island setting, unlike anything else in the capital.”
“The luxurious and contemporary villas, along with a signature Yacht Club will provide residents with a wellbeing-focused lifestyle surrounded by unrivalled natural beauty.”
“Marsa Al Jubail Villas, located in Marfaa Al Jubail Village, is the latest community at the heart of the landmark destination – a premier community that offers the very essence of upscale marina living as part of the larger, overall mixed-use island development.”
With more than 30 kilometres of waterfront around Jubail Island, Marsa Al Jubail is at the centre of the island – providing residents with accessibility to reach their homes by boat or car, appealing to those who seek a finer way of living.
